Your Journey

The retreat journey

Before, during, and after each retreat — a guided arc from preparation to integration.

The Arc

From preparation to integration

01

Pre-Trip Prep

Two weeks out, you'll receive a prep guide — intentions worksheet, packing list, and a travel logistics call with Kacey.

02

The Retreat

Arrival and opening ceremony at sunrise. Structured programming mid-day — yoga, breathwork, ceremonies, somatic practice — with evening integration and communal meals.

03

Post-Retreat Integration

Three weekly group integration calls in the month after, an accountability partner pairing, ongoing journaling prompts, and access to our alumni community.

What to Expect

What happens after I inquire?

Once your inquiry lands in our inbox, Kacey reads it personally and replies within 24 hours — usually much sooner. She'll answer your questions about the retreat, walk you through what the days will look like, and help you decide if it's the right fit.

There is no pressure and no payment until you confirm you want a spot. If life changes between now and the retreat, deposits are transferable to a future retreat or another person — your investment stays safe.

Packing

What to bring

The essentials every KrazyKatz retreat asks of you. Tap any item to expand the details:

Comfortable, layered clothing

Temperatures shift throughout the day at every destination. Bring pieces you can move, breathe, and layer in — nothing too precious.

A journal and a pen

There is dedicated reflection time built into each day, and many participants say their journal becomes their most-used item by the end of the retreat.

Reusable water bottle

Hydration is part of the practice. A refillable bottle keeps you grounded between ceremonies and throughout excursions.

Sun protection

A hat, sunglasses, and reef-safe or mineral sunscreen for outdoor programming — especially important in Sedona, Hawaii, and the higher elevations of Peru.

Sturdy shoes with traction

Trail-ready footwear for uneven desert, jungle, and sacred-site terrain. Leave the new boots at home — wear-in what you bring.

Swimwear (Hawaii / Big Island)

Ocean time is a central part of the Big Island retreat. Bring at least one suit you can wear comfortably for extended water practices and a quick-dry towel.

A light rain layer

Useful on Hawaii's windward coast and in Peru's cloud forest microclimates. A packable shell keeps you present without shivering.

An open mind

The most important thing you can bring. No prior meditation, yoga, or ceremony experience is required — only willingness to show up.
