Your Experience
What should I expect on a KrazyKatz retreat?
Each day follows a gentle rhythm: mornings begin with breathwork and meditation, setting an intentional foundation before the day's activities begin. The afternoon holds the heart of the retreat — a guided excursion, ceremony, or immersive experience unique to the destination. Evenings close with group reflection or a guided ceremony, creating space to integrate what arose during the day.
Groups are capped at 12 participants, which means Kacey knows each person by name and can tailor the experience to where you are. There is a balance of structured programming and free time built into every retreat — you will never feel rushed, and you will always have space to breathe and be alone if you need it.
Kacey leads every retreat personally as your primary facilitator. Her background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker means the space is held with both warmth and professional skill. No prior meditation, yoga, or retreat experience is necessary — only an open mind and a willingness to show up.
