Round-trip airfare to the destination (Sedona airport, Hawaii Kona, Cusco)
Travel insurance (strongly recommended for all retreats; required for Peru)
Passport renewal fees and any required visa fees (Peru only — most US passports do not require a visa for stays under 90 days)
Optional gratuities for local guides, lodge staff, and ceremony facilitators
Personal items, souvenirs, and any incidentals you wish to purchase

Most participants budget an additional $600–$1,400 beyond the retreat price for flights and travel insurance, depending on the destination and where you are flying from.
